This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. "Defects in material and workmanship" refer to failures resulting from flaws in the components used or errors in the assembly process during manufacturing.
Covered components primarily include core functional systems such as:
Main Control System (Motherboard)
Mechanical Drive System (Motors, conveyors, elevators - if applicable)
Payment System (Bill acceptor, coin acceptor, card reader - if applicable)
Refrigeration System (Compressor, condenser, evaporator - if applicable)
Consumables: Lights, product labels, body stickers.
Normal Wear & Tear: Expected deterioration over time, e.g., vending lane slide rails, door gaskets/seals.
Cosmetic Parts: Scratches, dents, paint chipping/fading (unless directly caused by a material defect underneath).
Unauthorized Modifications/Repairs: Damage resulting from alterations or repairs performed by anyone not expressly authorized by DKM VENDING.
Improper Use/Maintenance: Failure to follow operating instructions, failure to perform required maintenance (cleaning, lubrication), overloading, operation outside specified environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, unstable voltage).
Accidents/External Damage: vandalism, natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning), pest/rodent damage.
Software Issues: Problems caused by third-party software, network issues, or user error, not inherent defects in the machine's firmware.
Excessive Wear from Commercial Use: Damage resulting from wear significantly beyond normal expected levels for commercial vending operation frequency.

Report the Fault: Contact your DKM sales representative OR submit a complete repair request via the online After-Sales Service Form. Provide a clear description of the problem, machine model, machine ID number, and supporting evidence (photos/video).

Fault Diagnosis: DKM technical support team will perform initial diagnosis via provided photos/video or online video support.
Step 3
Solution Implementation: Based on the diagnosis, DKM will provide remote troubleshooting guidance and/or arrange for the shipment of necessary replacement parts.
Step 4
Service Completion & Confirmation: The customer confirms the issue is resolved after implementing the solution.

A: The warranty period starts from the date the machine leaves the DKM Vending factory (factory shipment date).
